Marrube Blanc, Common Marrube (Marrubium Vulgare), or simply Marrube or Marube, is a Herbaceous plant of Genre Marrubium, from Family of Lamiaceae.

Its thyme smell distinguishes it from other plants.
It is a perennial plant of graying colored slightly resembling the Mint, and which can reach 25 to 45 CM high. Its Dusveteur Leaves have a length of 2 to 5 CM and a crumpled appearance. The flowers are white and like many other lamiaceae, the marrube has a square rod.
The White Marrube was traditionally used in the manufacture of remedies against cough. Antonius Castor knew him and Pliny the old indicates many curative preparations using the Marrube1. His summits could be one of the multiple constituents of Theriac of Maritime Pharmacopoeia Western in XVIIIe century 2.
