Seed expeditions :
The seeds are packaged in zip closure bags in polypropylene, the finest are also conditioned in sachets of crystal paper. Each sachet contains at least the number indicated and often more, especially for the finest.
Worldwide delivery : Letter followed" delivery is from € 6.50 for seeds :
Your seeds will be shipped by erased envelopes - 9x14 cm or 11x22 cm rectangle format - 120g /m² or Bubble envelope
Shipments are made Monday to Friday (no shipping on Saturday, Sunday and holidays )
Delivery zone
The goods are shipped to the delivery address that the customer will have indicated during the order process.
We can deliver to the European Union, ask your country's customs offices if your seeds can be imported. In the event of refusal or destruction of a package by customs offices, no refund or complaint may be taken into account. Not of phytosanitary passport delivrance.
Delivery time
The deadlines for preparing an order and then establishing the invoice, before shipping of goods in stock are generally maximum 48h/72h worked from the order by the Customer. These deadlines agree outside weekends or holidays and are not engaging.
An electronic message will be automatically sent to the customer when shipping goods, provided that the email address in the registration form is correct.
The responsibility of the transport period lies entirely to the carrier validated during the purchase.
Grainier.fr can in no way be considered responsible for delivery delays. Transporters are also responsible for communication with the customer concerning the conditions of deliveries.
Shipping cost
During the ordering process, Grainier.fr indicates to the customer the deadlines and shipping formulas possible for the goods purchased. Shipping costs are calculated according to the type of goods shipped and/or the mode or delivery location. The amount of these costs will be due by the customer in addition to the price of the goods purchased. Deliveries is made exclusively by postal sending.
However, Grainier.fr reserves the right to select another shipping method for reasons of deadlines, weights, and value of the order. The selection of another shipping method by Grainier.fr can in no case call into question the payment of the buyer's participation in shipping costs.
